Technical Sales Specialist
LOCATION
Uganda, Kampala
The Position holder will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing advanced product expertise, and delivering clinical support for a portfolio of digital health solutions which include Life Science Group, and Clinical Diagnostic.

Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Achieve set sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies for target market targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships for
LSG and Clinical Diagnostic. - Provide advanced product training, demos, and support.
- Support new product adoption with hands-on technical expertise.
- Triage customer concerns in line with SLAs and ensure customer expectations are met.
- Build and manage customer relationships to achieve retention in targeted
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachalors Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 4+ years of industry experience.
- Commercial awareness in ability to identify opportunities.
- Aware of new market trends and innovation.
- Established network in academia or biopharma preferred.
- Experience in lab molecular workflow is an added advantage.
